In 2002 I was unable to work for three months due to a slipped disc in the low\u00ader back. In may 2008, the same thing hap\u00adpened again, but luck\u00adi\u00adly I was able to pick up work after three weeks. On this page, I keep my per\u00adson\u00adal notes about what phys\u00adio\u00adther\u00ada\u00adpeu\u00adti\u00adcal exer\u00adcis\u00ades I have learnt, which, when per\u00adformed on a reg\u00adu\u00adlar basis, do me good \u2014 and I am going to enhance this list from time to&nbsp;time.<\/p>\n<p>The list of exer\u00adcis\u00ades itself is cur\u00adrent\u00adly only avail\u00adable in ger\u00adman.
