It was one of those new \u201ccam\u00adera\u201d set-ups that got him, where a cam\u00adera is posi\u00adtioned along the high\u00adway, sans offi\u00adcer. The cam\u00adera took the pic\u00adture of his speed\u00ading car <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> tag num\u00adber. A let\u00adter was gen\u00ader\u00adat\u00aded by a com\u00adput\u00ader <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> sent to him with the <span class=\"caps\">PHOTOGRAPH<\/span> of his car speed\u00ading and the date <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> time of the offense. The let\u00adter went on to state that he had to send in a fine of $40. The sto\u00adry went that the guy was so mad that he sent back the let\u00adter with a <span class=\"caps\">PHOTOGRAPH<\/span> of two (2) $20 bills. A week lat\u00ader he got a let\u00adter back from the police.
